Self-Evaluation and Recommendation Tool
A tool to serve educators get an overview of their competences in teaching social entrepreneruship
Project Results under Work Package 3: A Self Assessment and Recommendation tool grounded on Entrecomp
The first activity, known as WP3-A1 Needs Analysis, aimed to develop survey questions to assess the competency development needs of adult educators working with individuals from migrant backgrounds.
The main objectives of the needs analysis were:
To identify the specific needs of adult educators in assessing their teaching competencies related to entrepreneurship.
To determine the educational needs for teaching resources and the structure of a network designed to foster the exchange of ideas and improve entrepreneurship education competencies.
The findings are presented in a comprehensive Needs Analysis Report, which will inform the development of a Self-Assessment and Recommendation Tool based on the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, Entrecomp (EC, 2016). This tool will support educators in monitoring and enhancing their ability to teach entrepreneurship to adults with migrant backgrounds.
In line with these objectives, an online survey was designed and implemented.
Based on the results of the surveys conducted in partners’ countries and the needs analysis report, a comperhensive interactive tool is developed by the project consortium. This tool is a key milestone for the project and lays the groundwork for the development of the next output under the project: An open online course grounded on EntreComp.
Use the Self-Evaluation and Recommendation Tool (SERT) of the EntreAdu project.
